Through self-knowledge, pragmatic understanding, and empowering actions, you find out who you are. How do you create your reality? And most importantly, how do you manifest what you truly want: health, abundance, and harmonious relationships?

Although I recommend a sustained level of intensity in your work with yourself, only you decide how you explore and bring your inner resources to fruition. The fastest transformations I have seen are made by people who are dedicated to themselves. Usually, they work five consecutive sessions, from Thursday to Monday.
Each session takes approximately 90 minutes. We begin with the transformational info and end with a guided mind programming meditation of roughly 30 minutes in which we install and anchor the newly discovered resources.
You will begin to feel the beneficial effects of your becoming during the session.
